Obstacles

Now that September Experience has ended and classes at Western has begun I have started to see some obstacles that may arise trying to juggle still being a student, and making the transition into being a teacher. During september experience I was there almost every day from 8:00 to 3:15. The students were aware of my presence and I was aware of everything that was occuring with each student on a daily basis. Now that classes at Western have started it has been hard to get used to only being in the classroom two mornings a week. I feel a little out of the loop, and I can tell that the students are a little confused at my absence, since they became so used to seeing me in the classroom everyday. September experience is a great program, however, it feels like you are finally a teacher, and now I feel like I am back in a practicum setting.
